Sir Keir Starmer plans to press allies to provide Ukrainian forces with additional advanced missile systems to hit Moscow's positions during discussions in London on the upcoming Friday.

Britain's leader will host Ukraine's leader Zelensky alongside referred to as "alliance of supportive nations", consisting of more than 20 of Kyiv's partners who have agreed to provide Kyiv security guarantees once hostilities pause is negotiated.

Ukraine's president has been pleading for weeks for additional long-range weapons from Western nations, a step that Moscow has warned would worsen the war.

Sir Keir will press delegates to expand the delivery of advanced missile technology following an effective strike on a manufacturing site in the Russian city, Russia, using UK-provided missile systems.
