Further Pictures from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Made Public by Democratic US Legislators

Property plans for Epstein's private Caribbean island featured within the released materials.

Additionally featured in this recent document release appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.

The financier purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

These photos suggest he had drawn up plans to build upon the substantial island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.

Marked on the blueprint is a channel, a waterway in the region, marked on the bottom right.

The site plan is annotated in red pen markings and includes a key identifying different sections of the land.

In addition to the main plan are what look to be an additional nine site drawings and construction drawings, including layouts for marina coverings.

More documentation released as part of the continuing investigative release.
